James H. Bean Gets A Facelift!
JHB was awarded 30 gallons of paint through Painting A Brighter Future grant last spring. Staff members were given the opportunity to choose a color to create an accent wall in their classrooms. Volunteers were rounded up over the summer to paint the cafeteria, the lobby, the bathrooms, and classrooms.
What a difference a coat of paint makes! Special thanks go out to the DeSanctis family, the Bonney family, Kayleigh Smith, Eric Lloyd and the work crew from the Department of Corrections for volunteering their time to spruce up the school. As if this wasn’t enough, JHB’s PTO added special touches in the boys’ and girls’ bathrooms.
