An Apple Adventure in First Grade
First graders at James H. Bean School had an exciting time diving into a full apple-themed unit! Students learned about the parts of an apple, its life cycle, and explored their five senses through apple-based activities. They enjoyed listening to apple-themed books and wrapped up their learning with a festive Apple Day celebration on Johnny Appleseed’s birthday! The day included apple tastings, cider sampling, and even apple donuts—making it a sweet way to bring their learning to life! #WeAreRSU18 #JHBdragons
